Mark Douthit, who played this song, is an US musician.
Having read about his bio, I learn that he has been worked with so many famous musicians, such as Elton John, Amy Grant, Billy Joel, Whitney Houston, Michael W.Smith, and many more.

The Synopsis:
Choi Jung Soo (Shin Dong Wook) was left in an orphanage by his father who could no longer take care of him after his wife left him for another man. He had a bright future in medicine but could ill afford the tuition fee. In despair, he took off to the remote island where his father grew up in the hope that he would find him there.
