Song : The OST “Yak Han Nam Ja – Bobby Kim”
Clips : Taken from Jang Bin’s Scene on K-Drama Fashion 70’s (Of course including that Jang Bin’s sexy dress up scene after running away from the police on the beach)
My Comment :
This song is often played during Jang Bin’s Scenes on this drama…I like it..
About Jang Bin’s…Hmm..You can see it by the scene..He is really Cool..What a man!
PS : I watched this drama last year but just recently got some messages told me that Yak Han Nam Ja actually means “WEAK MAN”. As I do not understand Korean, at first I thought that it means the opposite.

Lee Yo Weon as Han Do-mi (Ko Joon-hee)
Joo Jin Mo as Kim Dong-young

Fashion 70’s focused on the lives of four young people, from their childhood during the Korean War, to their careers and love lives within the booming fashion world of the seventies. When Joon Hee was young, she befriends a little girl called Kang Hee, this two girls always get into trouble because of Kang Hee’s greedy mother. At the same time, Joon Hee also makes friends with two boys, Dong Young, the son of a military general and Jang Bin. But when North Korean forces invade their town, both girls are separated from their parents and Joon Hee’s mother is killed in an explosion. Believing his daughter to have died, Joon Hee’s father adopts Kang Hee and raises her as his own daughter. Joon Hee is discovered at an orphanage by Kang Hee’s mother, and is also adopted. The trauma of the events causes Joon Hee to block out her childhood memories and she grows up on a small island as Doe Mi, unaware of her true identity.
Years pass and their paths cross again, with complicated and destructive results. Doe Mi dreams of becoming a fashion designer, and petty criminal Jang Bin helps her move to Seoul to chase her dream. In the process he falls in love with her, but his feelings are unrequited…

My Comments :
This is one of the best K-Dramas I have ever watched. It is not only focus on love story but also about family, friendship and the painful life of the characters that caused by war. It is also one of the drama that has no kissing scene at all (hugging only) but yet the love story still can be romantic and sweet.I once read from somewhere that the PD of this drama is very rare put kissing scene on his dramas, he prefer hugging to kissing scene. His previous works including DAMO. Ha Ji Won made a cameo appearance here.

Song : The OST “Go Rae Eh Ggoom (Falling In Love Again)” By Bobby Kim(Featuring Kim Young Geun [Bobby’s Father])
Clips : Byung Hee & Chul Soo’s Scenes From K-Drama “What’s Up Fox” (MBC-2006)
My Comment :
The song used in this MV is actually an additional song from the OST Collection of this drama. However, I like this song very much. What a coincidence that after Fashion 70s (the drama which Chun Jung Myung starred earlier), Bobby Kim’s song is again used as one of the OST of this drama with also Chun Jung Myung in it.

Title: 여우야 뭐하니 / Foxy Lady
Also known as: Hey Fox, What You Want To Do?/What’s Up Fox
Ko Hyun Jung as Ko Byeong Hee
Chun Jung Myung as Park Cheol Su
Choi Yeon Woo as Bae Hee Myeong
Kim Eun Joo as Ko Jun Hee
Son Hyun Joo as Park Byeong Gak
The story is about a not-so-bright older girl of 33 years old with a heart of a 24-year-old called Go Byeong Hee, who works as a reporter in a third-rate magazine company and dreams with a “platonic love and relationship” with her friend’s brother who is nine years younger than her. What she dreams of, is working for a company that she can be proud of and finding a man who can provide warm support when she needs it. In addition, she wants to go on a world tour in a camping car with her new love. Suddenly, she gets into an accident with her friend Seung Hye’s brother, Park Chul Su. He is a 24-year-old male working as a mechanic at a car repair shop. Although Chul Su does not have much in life, he is filled with ambition and enjoys life by doing the things he loves, working as a mechanic and traveling. How many people actually find the love they dream of? Until they realize that true love is just around the corner, this couple continues to pursue this unique romantic relationship of “dating a friend’s brother” and “dating my sister’s friend”.
Foxy Lady is actually not my favorite K-Drama. Both Go Hyun Jung and Chun Jung Myung are great actors but the storyline and the characters created for them made me think that Byung Hee and Chul Soo are more suitable as sister and brother than lover. Chul Soo’s character are too cute as Byung Hee boyfriend. However, I like some of the OSTs.
